Severability

• If any provision of the Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
• The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Notice of Dispute

• Notices of Dispute must be sent via email to corporate@bvlivingessence.com.
• BV Living Essence will send notices to the user's address on file or their email address.
• Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within 60 days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent.
• After 60 days, if unresolved, either party may commence arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

• If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration.
• Parties waive the right to litigate disputes in court before a judge or jury.
• Arbitration will be conducted according to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
